Cook, eat & learn together

ASI’s food programs connect people as we celebrate, learn, and share stories together through cooking workshops, demonstrations, dinners, and lectures. Tickets to virtual food programs include access to a recording of the class for one month.

The Nordic Table series highlights historic and contemporary foodways of the Nordic countries and all people who have moved to and from these places from pre-history to today.

Our Shared Table highlights our neighbor’s kitchens and how food traditions change through the universal experience of migration and meeting new people. Our Shared Table is sponsored by Sahan Journal.
