ASI’s flexible venues accommodate a range of events, from small-scale meetings to company-wide celebrations, and everything in between.
With an intimate outdoor rooftop perfect for a cocktail hour, views of the Turnblad Mansion, and an adjacent interior promenade, ASI’s largest event venue is perfect for seated dinners, standing events, lectures, receptions and performances. Capacity: 250 plated, 300 lecture, 400 reception.
ASI’s Folke Bernadotte conference room is ideal for meetings and presentations. Capacity: 20 luncheon, 45 meeting, 60 lecture.
Paulson Hall within the Turnblad Mansion is perfect for dinners and presentations and is located adjacent to two classrooms that can be used for breakout sessions or preparation. Capacity: 120 theater or reception, 80 plated.
The ASI Courtyard provides a charming outdoor alternative that combines slate paving and grass and is suitable for a range of events. Capacity: 500+ reception, 250 plated.
The Grand Hall of the Turnblad Mansion is perfect for intimate receptions with the option of opening the Mansion for viewing as part of your event. Capacity: 12 seated presentation, 150 reception.
From seated dinners to outrageously inventive theme parties and tented outdoor affairs, Slate & Stone has the talent and ingenuity to create the most memorable wedding menus.

ASI has an on-site caterer, Slate & Stone. Slate & Stone has a full liquor license and is certified for on-site food service.

ASI’s campus has a number of classrooms and smaller meeting rooms perfect for breakout sessions, conferences, or focused meetings.
ASI is fully-equipped for multi-media presentations in a number of our venues, with HD video projection, live-streaming capability, HD multi-channel audio, and more.
For larger productions, we work with A/V companiesA. ASI can assist with securing A/V partners or can work with a partner of your choice.
