Come for the trolls, stay for the julbord! This holiday season, the much-missed Minnesota restaurant Jolly Troll is featured in ASI’s annual holiday experience, and this evening class gives guests a special peek back into the magic of this beloved restaurant. Visit the trolls in the holiday exhibition, then join Carole Jean Anderson and Patrice Johnson for this evening demonstration featuring some favorite recipes from the Jolly Troll menus. Carole Jean will share memories (and maybe a few songs) from her life in the Jolly Troll restaurant family, and Patrice will cook up an assortment of holiday treats, from cranberry fluff to meatballs to rice pudding.
