Subash Yadav

Subash Yadav is the founder and CEO of MR. MOMO, a fast-growing food brand bringing Nepali dumplings and bold South Asian flavors to the American market. Originally from Nepal and now based in Minneapolis, Subash began his journey with a food truck in Arizona before expanding into a manufacturing business focused on sharing joy through food.

With a background in culinology and years of experience in product development and food service, Subash combines technical expertise with deep cultural storytelling. His work is rooted in the belief that food is more than nourishment—it is connection, identity, and joy.

Through MR. MOMO, Subash is on a mission to make the world a happier place through food—one momo at a time—while inspiring others to pursue their passion and build something meaningful from their roots.
