Rana Olson

Rana is from Türkiye with a deep passion for food and culture. Growing up in a region known for its rich culinary traditions, she spent countless hours in the kitchen with her mother—an excellent cook—mastering the authentic flavors and techniques of Turkish and Levantine cuisine. She is also a self-taught chocolatier and the owner of Mora Chocolates. When not in the kitchen, Rana teaches English to immigrant children at a public school in her rural hometown, combining her love for language and community.
