Whether you’re a pro or a weekend DIY-er, Great Makers Exchange is your chance to get a little messy, make something beautiful and connect with your fellow enthusiasts at this annual gathering for makers, painters, crafters, carvers, weavers and creators of all ages and skill levels. Featuring workshops, demonstrations, conversations, and a makers market, this event is designed to uplift the time-honored traditions of craft and to explore the places they can go in the future.

Festival Details

Slöjd is the Swedish educational tradition of handcraft learning. The Great Makers Exchange is rooted in slöjd and celebrates the enriching potential of handmade objects and craft in community. It’s part of ASI’s Nordic Handcraft series, which brings Nordic-inspired handcraft traditions to life.
