Thurs. Advanced Finnish – Haataja

An advanced-level Finnish course taught by Daniel Haataja, starting Kesäkirja by Tove Jansson. This class will read the book in one term and discuss the material in Finnish. Required materials: Kesäkirja by Tove Jansson. This book is available as an e-book from various sites or students can purchase a paperback copy through the Finnish bookstore Akateeminen. It is not available in the ASI store. This class meets virtually. Advanced Finnish classes are suitable for students who have completed all levels of Suomen mestari or otherwise feel comfortable reading Finnish literature.
