Welcome back Nichole Accettola to hear about her newest cookbook, Scandinavian Everyday: Vibrant, Simple Meals from Northern Europe. A chef and IACP award-winning author, Nichole has much to share about how contemporary Scandinavian cuisine offers a simple, sustainable, and satisfying approach to cooking and eating at home. In this book talk, expect to hear about Nichole’s years of living in Denmark, running Kantine restaurant in San Francisco, and her journey to becoming a cookbook author, as well as a few hints for favorite recipes from the book.

  • Guests may also be interested in an opportunity to cook alongside Nichole in an intimate afternoon workshop.
  • Nichole Accettola is also the author of Scandinavian from Scratch: A Love Letter to the Baking of Denmark, Norway and Sweden, an IACP award winning cookbook.
