Join instructor Ian Carr for a morning of cooking cozy winter classics from Denmark. Ian will demonstrate his take on Danish meatballs, caramelized potatoes, Christmas red cabbage, and the national dish of Denmark, fried pork belly with potatoes in parsley sauce. Come learn and enjoy these delicious family recipes, perfect for the holidays and beyond.
This demonstration style class includes a light lunch, tea and coffee. Students may be interested in staying for the afternoon session Classic Danish Desserts. Advanced registration required.
