Make way for mushrooms! Mushroom foraging is a beloved custom in Scandinavia and kicks into high gear in the fall. Join Patrice for a marvelous menu featuring some of her favorite fungi recipes, all with a nod to Scandinavia in this demonstration style class that includes a light meal. This program pairs especially well with viewing the exhibitions Eyes as Big as Plates and Presley Martin in advance!
