Try leatherworking and head home with a wallet or clutch in this half-day class! Students will learn about the basics of preparing and sewing leather goods while making a small, folded wallet or clutch. Students may also be interested in an additional day-long course to sew a leather tote bag.

  • Advanced registration required.
  • A $35 materials fee is payable to the instructor in class to cover the tools and materials for one leather wallet or clutch. Please bring magnification (i.e.; readers) if you need it for close work.

 

Prerequisites:
  • Physical ability: Sewing leather requires good hand strength.
  • Skill level: Open to all skill levels.
  • Ages: Suitable for ages 18+.
