Close out the FIKA Supper Club season with returning Swedish singer-songwriter and folk artist, Helena Hallberg! Described as “Joni Mitchell meets ABBA,” Hallberg guides her listeners through the complexities of mental health, female empowerment, and multiculturalism marked by her compelling songwriting and the unique tone of her Appalachian dulcimer. Last at ASI for the 2024 Midwinter Folk Festival, Hallberg returns with new songs and stories to tell.
The FIKA Supper Club series brings Nordic-inflected folk, jazz and classical artists to ASI. Optionally, guests may enjoy extended dinner hours at FIKA Café before the concert, then step into Larson Hall for a musical treat beginning at 7 pm. Don’t miss these nights of musical and culinary delight!
