Valborg with the New Scenic Café

Of all spring holidays, Valborgmässoafton or Walpurgis Eve, marks the tipping point from winter into spring in Scandinavia. Join Chef Scott Graden to mark the turning of the season in this demonstration-based class. We’ll spend the afternoon discussing and tasting a variety of recipes, from deviled eggs to a mocha tart. Weather permitting, we’ll end class outside with a bonfire of our own to enjoy some Ykers Acres hot dogs, Scandinavian style on a homemade flat bread with mashed potatoes and condiments!

Coffee and tea provided; additional beverages are available for purchase. Please note, vegetarian main courses are not available for this class; as always please notify ASI of allergens ahead of class. Suitable for ages 18+.
