Celebrate Midsommar with some of the dishes Karin and Carl Larsson’s family may have enjoyed at their home Lilla Hyttnäs in Dalarna, Sweden around the turn of the century. In this demonstration style class, Patrice Johnson will walk students through the steps of simple and fresh dishes the Larssons favored. This class includes a light meal and students will head home with the recipes ready to prepare for their own Midsommar party or perfect for incorporating into other summer meals.
This class includes a light dinner, including an appetizer, salad, main course, dessert, and coffee. Please notify ASI of any dietary restrictions in advance.
