Intergenerational Four Elements Artwork

Visit the new exhibition Karin Larsson: Let the Hand Be Seen, then make a piece of artwork inspired by her tapestry The Four Elements in this intergenerational workshop! Youth and their special adults will look at Karin’s bold colors and abstract shapes symbolizing the four elements of wind, water, fire and earth in some of Karin’s woven tapestries. Then registrants will return to the classroom to make their own composition using acrylic paint and mixed media to take home. Both adults and youth will make their artwork, and a $10 materials fee per student is due in class to the instructor. Suitable for ages 5-13 accompanied by an adult.
