Wet Felted Flowers with Elise Kyllo

Try out wet felting while making a couple of fanciful wool flowers! This delightful intro to wet felting lets students get their hands on wool, warm water, and soap while blending colors and shaping petals on a small flower. After learning the process with their first flower, students will make their own artistic choices to make another flower or two. Students will leave colorful flowers, perfect for pinning to a coat, bag, hair tie, or hat.

Some students may be interested in continuing with wet felting a shoulder bag over the weekend to go with their flower!

Additional Information

• A $35 materials fee is due in class to the instructor. Students may wish to bring an apron, a bag to take home their wet finished project, and wear clothes that can get a little wet and messy.
• Age: Suitable for ages 16+, or 9-15 registered alongside an adult.
• Experience: This workshop welcomes students of all experience levels and is especially suited to beginners.
