Starting with Slöjd is a monthly program for early elementary students. Participants explore new tools, materials, and skills that prepare them for a lifelong love of handcraft. These drop-off programs are suitable for students in grades K-2.

Instructor Anna Ruhland will teach students how to collect nature objects, such as grass and leaves, and use them in printing. Print nature objects onto a canvas bag to create a useful and unique project!

Additional information: 

  • Activities may take place outdoors, so students should dress for the weather, bring sun protection, and a water bottle.
  • This is a drop-off program.
  • Advanced registration required.
