Nordic-Japanese Date Night with Patrice Johnson

Grab your sweetie (or a good friend) for a Nordic Table date night! The Japanese and Nordic culinary scenes have had plenty of conversation and exchange in recent years, with a mutual love of seafood and an emphasis on direct and simple flavors. Instructor Patrice will pull together inspiration from her time living in Japan and travels in Scandinavia into a cozy meal that celebrates winter flavors from both regions. Students will also have the opportunity to jump in and help with the meal prep, so come ready to participate!

This is a demonstration-style class with some opportunities for hands-on participation and includes a full meal. Coffee and tea are provided along with a complimentary beverage from FIKA Café. Please confirm dietary restrictions with ASI upon registration. Suitable for ages 21+. Each registration is for one person.
