Mexican Comfort Food Demo with Manny Gonzalez

Join Manny Gonzalez of South Minneapolis institution Manny’s Tortas for an intro to some of Manny’s favorite recipes! Manny will demonstrate a menu featuring homemade salsa verde, chicken in salsa verde, rajas con crema (poblanos in cream, cilantro rice, and flan, while sharing cooking tips and stories from his home country of Mexico.
