Join Duluth-based textile artist Kirsten Aune for a few hours of practicing decorative hand stitching on hand printed fabrics. Students will experiment with the interplay of printed fabric and thread as they work on Kirsten’s colorful, Scandi-inspired textiles and practice five stitches. Depending on past hand sewing experience, students will complete a pin cushion, small pouch, or both.
