Join potter Kim of Imokim Pottery to try out decorating a ceramic mug with carved and decorated details while enjoying a beverage from FIKA Café! Students will have the opportunity to sketch out their own designs or use a provided template. Kim will throw a selection of mugs before class and then share tips and tricks for adding simple images to greenware. The pieces (approximately 4”x4”) will be glazed with a top clear coat and then fired before being returned to ASI for pickup a few weeks after class. A beverage from FIKA Café is included in the class fee.

Additional Information

  • A $30 materials fee is payable to the instructor in class.
  • Skill level: Open to all skill levels.
  • Ages: Suitable for ages 21+.
