DESCRIPTION:Join Chef Scott Graden of the North Shore’s New Scenic Café for an evening of cozy comfort food\, Swedish style. Cream\, potatoes\, and caramel will make an appearance as Chef Scott shares stories and inspiration for each dish\, whether from family recipes or his travels in Scandinavia. Students will head home after a full meal with a batch of new recipes to keep their kitchens warm and productive all the way through winter. \nAdditional information \n\nThis is a demonstration style class and includes a full meal plus a take-home treat from the New Scenic Café.\nCoffee and tea provided; additional beverages are available for purchase prior to class.\nPlease note this menu will contain pork\, fish\, gluten\, and dairy; vegetarian main courses are not available for this course.\nThis class is suitable for ages 18+.\nAdvanced registration required.
