Nordic traditions recognize the late winter moon as the “Black Frost Moon,” a seasonal shift marked by the quickening energy of late winter in the north. Support your body by taking a day to discover foods, herbs, and traditional activities that will help you stay whole and happy through this late winter season with herbalist Gigi Risberg Stafne. Students will handcraft a variety of botanical goods to support themselves and their families to stay nourished in the Nordic herbal tradition.
