An advanced level Finnish course taught by Daniel Haataja starting the novel Teemestarin kirja by Emmi Itäranta. This class will read around 20 pages per week and discuss the material in Finnish.
Required materials: Teemestarin kirja by Emmi Itäranta. This book is available as an e-book from various sites or students can purchase a paperback copy through the Finnish bookstore Akateeminen. It is not available in the ASI Museum Store.
This class meets virtually. Advanced Finnish classes are suitable for students who have completed all levels of Suomen mestari or otherwise feel comfortable reading Finnish literature.
