Swedish Comfort Food

Join Chef Scott Graden of the North Shore’s New Scenic Café for an evening of cozy comfort food, Swedish style. Cream, potatoes, and of course Scott’s take on Swedish meatballs are sure to make an appearance as Chef Scott shares stories for each dish, from family recipes to his travels in Scandinavia. Students will head home after a full meal with a batch of new recipes to keep their kitchens warm and productive all the way through winter.

This is a demonstration style class and includes a full meal plus a take-home treat from the New Scenic Cafe. Coffee and tea provided; additional beverages are available for purchase prior to class. Please note this menu will contain pork, fish, gluten, dairy, and nuts; vegetarian main courses are not available for this course. This class is suitable for ages 18+.
