Scandinavian from Scratch

Join Nichole Accettola, chef and owner of Kantine, a Scandinavian-inspired bakery café in San Francisco, for an evening demonstration of a few of her favorite recipes from her new book Scandinavian from Scratch. Nichole will share the story of her baking journey, starting in New York and Boston, continuing in Copenhagen for more than a decade, and most recently ending up in San Francisco where she shares Scandinavian style bakes with locals and tourists alike. As she works on a yeasted cinnamon wreath and a few cookies and shares her tips, guests will have the opportunity to taste a few samples throughout the demonstration and ask questions of their own.
