Two of Minnesota food writer Patrice Johnson’s favorite things are updated takes on Scandinavian favorites and the Great Minnesota Get Together, so you can bet this State Fair-themed menu is going to be a hoot! Get ready for fried delicacies on a stick in this demonstration-style class, which will be outside, weather permitting.
This is a demonstration-style class and includes a light meal. Coffee and tea are provided; additional beverages are available for purchase prior to class. Please note that this menu will contain meat, dairy, and gluten, so reach out if you have questions about dietary accommodations.
