Make Ahead Spring Brunch

Get ready for all sorts of spring gatherings with this demonstration-based class on make-ahead brunch items! From paj (quiche) to sturdy salad to simple dessert, Patrice Johnson will pull inspiration from Nordic ingredients and recipes perfect for Easter, Mother’s Day, and beyond. Students will head home with a recipe packet and lots of great tips for prepping dishes ahead. These dishes will even translate to casual breakfasts and lunches at home beyond the weekend!

This class includes a light dinner, including an appetizer, salad, egg and cheese quiche, dessert, and coffee. Please notify ASI of any dietary restrictions in advance.
