From pickled to smoked to deep fried, herring aficionado Patrice Johnson will be the guide on a meal that will take participants from Viking times through to present, with plenty of surprises. Participants walk away with lots of ideas for incorporating herring into summer meals, from light suppers to picnic lunches.

This class is demonstration based with some opportunities for participation, and includes a light dinner. Weather permitting, this class will take place outside.
