Ethiopian and Eritrean Cuisine

Get ready to try your hand at preparing some traditional Ethiopian and Eritrean recipes with Chef Mimi! Students will learn a little about the food traditions of these historic East African countries while preparing various light, flavorful, and healthy dishes with plenty of legumes and vegetables.

This is a workshop-style class that includes some participation in preparing a light meal. Coffee and tea are provided; additional beverages are available for purchase prior to class. Please note that this menu contains gluten and dairy, so please reach out if you have questions about dietary accommodations.
