Demo: Summer Sweets from Scandinavia

Dive into some seasonal desserts featuring Scandinavia’s favorite flavors! This class will explore a handful of last-minute and make-ahead desserts perfect for summertime. From berries and cream to candy and cardamom, Nordic food guru Patrice Johnson will offer lots of ideas for delicious sweets to cap off a meal or star in a summer fika. Patrice will draw from both classic recipes and offer some updated takes on familiar favorites. Come ready to taste a suite of desserts and gather some recipes to make at home!
