Swedish Christmas goat made out of straw used as a decoration during the holidays. There is a giant one built in Gävle, Sweden, every year and this year ASI has added its own oversized julbock to the collection. Hur många julbock har du hemma? How many straw Christmas goats do you have at home?

Grab your sweetie (or a good friend!) for this hands-on Nordic Table date night! This class will tackle an easy seasonal dinner menu: an app, seafood soup, salad, and dessert, all with a Nordic twist. Each pair will have an opportunity to get to work on a little chopping, mixing, and other simple prep tasks before we relax while instructor Patrice Johnson puts the finishing touches on the meal so we can all sit down to a cozy dinner together. Be prepared to toss on an apron and get your hands on some ingredients in this participatory class!
This class includes a complimentary beverage from FIKA so stop by a few minutes early to pick yours up. Suitable for ages 18+. Price is per person.
