Enjoy an evening of seasonal dining with Chef Scott of New Scenic Café focused on apples! Chef Scott will share some beloved recipes from his acclaimed restaurant in Duluth, MN. In this demonstration-based class, students will enjoy an apple themed meal, featuring a variety of apples pickled, jammed, roasted, and of course, baked into a sweet dessert. Suitable for ages 18+.
This class includes a full meal. Coffee and tea provided; additional beverages are available for purchase prior to class from FIKA Café. Please note this menu will contain pork, veal, gluten and dairy so please reach out if you have questions about dietary accommodations.
