A Vegetarian Sri Lankan Feast

Taste the flavors of Sri Lanka in this evening class with Heather Jansz, the Curry Diva! Heather will demonstrate some go to dishes, including her takes on rice, lentils, and greens as well as share her favorite chutneys and other condiments. Students will enjoy a light meal and head home with new ideas for using spices and produce.

This is a demonstration-style class that includes a light meal. Coffee and tea are provided; additional beverages are available for purchase prior to class. Please reach out if you have questions about dietary accommodations.
