A Fresh Midwest Crayfish Boil

Crayfish season in Sweden brings festive outdoor parties, where food and drink become an excuse to celebrate the last days of summer. In this lunchtime class, Minnesota authors Maren Ellingboe King and Patrice Johnson will share the Crayfish Party menu from Maren’s book Fresh Midwest: Modern Recipes from the Heartland. They’ll take inspiration from Midwestern produce, and Cajun shrimp boils to create a fresh and new menu perfect for late summer entertaining.
